Mail crawler service can handle both zipped and unzipped schedule xml message

The service does not crawl other formats such as csv, sql if it is the only attachment in mail

Can handle multiple valid attachment, create multiple request

Can handle mix of valid and invalid attachment, skip the invalid attachments
